Although Coaches will help you develop a killer plan and hold you accountable to following through on what you said, YOU STILL HAVE TO DO ALL THE WORK! If you struggle to fit everything in now, having a coach is often an expensive thing to feel guilty about.
Consultants and Contractors Can Drive Your Business Forward
Hiring a consultant can be the exact thing you need to do to take your business to the next level. You bring in expertise that you lack, they come in and get the work done, and you don’t have to do it.
Two Big Problems
1 – They are expensive and as long as you want the results, you have to keep paying them. If you stop paying, they stop doing. If they are worth their salt, their results will pay for their efforts but it is not the most efficient long term solution
2 – They actually take up a lot of your time getting them set up. It may seem like getting someone else to do the work for you will save you tiem, and it will… eventually. First, if they are good, they will take some time to really understand your business, where you will be paying to educate them about your business. A necessary evil but very time intensive at first.
When you look outside your business for help, you want lasting results fast. I will get the first campaign started and then show you what I did and how to do it again. We will manage the campaign together, and we will then create the next campaign together. Eventually, you will be comfortable doing it yourself and you will know what I know. Yes I will be out of a job, how long that takes is up to you.
My multi Industry experience means I can produce results faster.
I helped build a law firm from start up to over 1 million in revenue. We went from renting a 10 x 10 office at another law firm to having 4 lawyers, 25 staff and office in 3 different cities. Today, the law firm remains one of the market leaders and the service innovations that we introduced are now standard in many law firms.
As the Business Manager I was responsible for all non-legal operations. This means I understand the pressures facing a small business owner and how challenging it is to fit all the tasks in. I know what it is like to deal with staff, suppliers, partners, clients and the finances.
I have worked in the following industries, Law, Corporate Finance, Film and TV, SaaS (Software as a Service), Technology, Not for Profit, Professional Services, Direct Sales, Network Marketing, Construction, Land Development, Live Entertainment Events, and the Hospitality Industry.
My broad understanding of many different business models means I will need to spend minimal time investigating how to have an impact on your business.
How do you create an excellent organization? (I prefer to spell it with a z). I prefer Jim Collin’s model outlined in the book Good to Great. If you are a business owner and have not read this book. Get it now and read it.
Having a Big Hairy Audacious Goal involves 3 things:
1 – What are you deeply passionate about?
2 – What can you be best in the world at?
3 – What drives your economic engine?
If you develop your business around those three questions and get the right people on the bus, you will go a long way to creating a business with lasting success.

Without Traffic, your website is pretty useless. With traffic, it becomes a gold mine. I have several tools for this purpose as well as many step by step training videos from some of the worlds best traffic creators. You can go buy them yourself or you can let me use them for you.
Lot’s of traffic that doesn’t convert to customers is pretty useless too. I have specific tools designed to easily convert your targeted traffic into paying customers.

I spend hours every week attending webinars and reading articles so that I have the most up to date information to make my own projects successful.

I continue to educate myself about how people work so that i can more effectively help myself and others. I do this in three main ways;
1 – I read blogs and research papers daily on neuroscience, relationships and psychology.
2 – I regularly participate in programs with Landmark Education.
3 – I maintain contact with a mastermind group of accomplished people.
I have several projects that I am working on for myself. I am committed to living the life of my dreams. That means 3 things with regards to work:
- Being able to make money while I sleep
- Be able to do my business from anywhere in the world
- Having the time and financial freedom to do the the things I want to do
Not easy, but it is possible. This commitment requires constant innovation. Education feeds innovation. That is why you can always count on my continuing education.
How does a person go from the results they have to the results they want? This has been an ongoing area of research for me for the past 25 years. At first it was all about how I can be more effective, and later it was about how can I help other people be more effective.
I am speaking about this at TEDxBCIT and I apply much of what I have learned in my e-book.

If you want to modify your behaviour, it is very important to understand how humans work.
Here are 3 Things to Consider
First, your brain unconsciously responds to ANY change like it is a threat. Even if it is good change. This means that is will automatically subvert any thoughts about change without even asking your permission!
Second, people are designed to become resigned. To believe that the future is inescapable. This learned helplessness is nearly imperceptible because it looks like logic.
Third, nearly everything you do is unconscious. Some research suggests up to 99%! If you don’t know how to re-program your unconscious you will struggle.
I use a specific methodology to move people forward. While working with me you will learn it too and can apply it to create future success.
I Am Fun
No Really, ask around. To me, life is too short to not enjoy what I do. With me you will always get a positive, enthusiastic and happy person. If we don’t laugh every time we meet, I will give you your money back. (ok, maybe not, but there is a good chance we will laugh a lot and have a good time growing your business together.)
